| My weekend in Irvine was 'UnBElievAble!' It's been well over a year and a half since I've visited UCI. I mean, I've been back to so-cal a couple times here and there but always with agendas other than - just hanging out, chillin, catching up, and just spending some quality time with people. People and places I would literally see more than my own apartment! yes, this includes the student center, the pub, all over campus, crawford hall, cha for tea, tapioca, randy's house, the portables, etc..... and...since its been so long, I just wanted to say it felt so freakin good to be back. I felt nostalgic the ENTIRE weekend. It's hard to imagine that I spent 4 years of my life there. Coming back with the feeling of being a stranger to a place you once called 'home,' was sooo weird to me. and yet, I was comforted by the feeling of 'home' each and every time I ran into my friends: those who made my experience in Irvine such a memorable and unforgettable time in my life. [hopefully even w/the years to come] for those who move away, move on, and daym are just beginning their lives post graduation....remember this: [posted by a good friend of mine] : "The freedom is breathtakingly liberating . . . - it's all possible once you've graduated.
